Return Policy
You can return an item up to 30 days from the date of sale. For your item to be eligible for a return it has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also should be unused and in the original packaging with the bill or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our Contact Page or email at support@buynacre.com. We will walk you through the return process of your item by our trade team.
Returns
Once your item has been received, we will take pictures and inform you of the status of your refund. If you are successful, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, credit should reach you in 10 to 15 days.
Shipping Costs
Costs need to be shouldered by you for sending us back the item. Delivery charges are not returnable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged upon arrival or defective, please email us at support@buynacre.com with photos of the product. If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will place a credit on your account or issue a refund. We cannot take any returns of used items.
Canceling an Order
If you have not cancelled the order, and it hasn’t been packed or staged for shipping, we can cancel an order only before it leaves our facility. To go ahead with a cancellation, please email us at support@buynacre.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We recommend being available on the estimated delivery date or scheduling a pickup at the carrier’s facility. Once an order has shipped, The Nacre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.
