Return Policy

You can return an item within 10 days from the date of sale. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with the bill or proof of purchase.
  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal is opened.

How to Start a Return

Returns

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or opened, you must provide an opening video clearly showing the issue when unboxing the package.

  • Without an opening video, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
  • If validated, we will offer a credit to your account or issue a full refund.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order only if it has not been packed or shipped. Please email us at support@buynacre.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We recommend being available on the estimated delivery date or arranging for pickup at the carrier’s facility.
The Nacre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
