Welcome to The Nacre! We’re dedicated to bringing joy to our customers by offering free shipping throughout the UAE. While we currently only ship within the UAE, we look forward to expanding our services to other countries in the future.

Shipping Methods

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location within the UAE.

Standard Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive the email within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at support@buynacre.com.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Expect this email within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Check your spam folder if you can’t find the email in your inbox.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Currently, we don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Military Addresses, or locations outside the UAE.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, contact us at support@buynacre.com within 24 hours of purchase. Orders can’t be canceled once they’ve been shipped.

Change of Address

To update your delivery address, email us at support@buynacre.com with the new information. Address changes can’t be made after the order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier using your tracking number. We recommend being available on the estimated delivery date or arranging a pickup at the carrier’s facility. The Nacre isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us at support@buynacre.com with photos of the item within 5 days of delivery. We’ll issue a credit or refund for damaged or defective products. Please don’t discard the packaging or product until the issue is resolved.
