21. Order Confirmation & Shipping

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation page and an email confirming your order. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All orders are subject to authorization. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process, in your local currency. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses, or to any address outside the United Arab Emirates.

22. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, email our Customer Care at support@buynacre.com to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. You may return the product(s) to us by courier. Products must be returned unused, with all tags still attached, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, within 14 days of purchase. Custom-made products may not be refunded or exchanged.

We endeavor to provide an accurate description of the products on our website and to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
